Our Story
We never know what the days will hold or how the decisions we make will slowly unfold our future, but when all things come together at the right place and the right time, there’s a certain level of comfort knowing everything happens as it should.
Becca, an independent and mystical woman who over-plans and shows up on a first date with a list of questions meets Mark, a fly-by-the-seat-of-his-pants single dad deeply rooted in his Christian faith. Opposites attract? Perhaps. But what was quickly apparent was the common values of compassion, curiosity, acceptance and communication. Of genuine care, empathy for others, laughter and above all, of love.
It was the beginning of the pandemic, cities and states in the thick of lockdowns, and zoom was the new normal for conversation. After nearly 5 hours of talking that first night (20 hours of video dates in the first week!), and even though they didn’t meet in person for weeks, they both knew immediately that this was something special.
Three years later, we’re celebrating their forever love.
